Lanier High School (LHS) opened in the Fall of 2010. The high school is an Academy High School in the award-winning Ginnett County Public School (GCPS) district. Students come from Lanier Middle School, which is fed by Sycamore Elementary, Sugar Hill Elementary and White Oak Elementary.

Dr. Christopher Martin is the principal of LHS. He has a long history of excellence in GCPS and will surely continue that as he leads LHS into the future.

Although LHS is still a young school, it has all of the offerings of a large, established school, from academics through athletics.

The Lanier Longhorns Baseball Program develops life-long leaders through academic and athlecitc excellence.

We are men who will be self-controlled, unselfish, men of action and humility, who demostrate price, toughness and integrity in all that we do. We will develop as hard working student-athletes who will be prepared to deal with success, disappointment and challenge in all arenas with poise, class and perseverance. We will put the successes of the team and our teammates ahead of our own individual accomplishments. We will strive to make good choices that demonstrate self-control and positively reflect on ourselves, our families, and the baseball program.
